Smith is the co-founder of WalHen Properties and is the head of Team Management. Originally from Fairhope, AL, Smith saw early success in his time working the Baldwin County real estate market. After moving to the Capstone to attend The University, Smith worked as one of the top Leasing Agents at a prominent local property management company.

Smith found his passion for real estate in high school when he supported his grandfather in the sale of a FSBO home. His experience with his grandfather initiated his desire to assist clients in their real estate decisions - which often times becomes the largest investment that people make.

Outside of work, Smith enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, taking the boat out on Lake Tuscaloosa, and screaming for the Tide in Bryant Denny Stadium.

Haynes Waldo is the head of the WalHen Real Estate Team. Before opening WalHen Properties, he worked at one of the top ranked real estate groups in the nation. Moving from Monroe, GA to Tuscaloosa, AL this opportunity provided him a jumpstart on the local market.

Haynes grew up around the mortgage industry and realized he loved the real estate business but wanted to be involved in assisting clients find the home energetic, and competitive which makes him very personable as he guides you through the home buying process.

In his free time, Haynes enjoys playing golf, eating good food, fly fishing, spending time on Lake Tuscaloosa with friends, and watching the Tide Roll!

Originally from Kansas City, MO, Trevor moved to Tuscaloosa to play basketball at The University of Alabama. After playing at the collegiate level, Trevor continued his basketball career overseas 7 more years, living in countries such as Greece, Poland, and Germany. Once Trevor decided to retire from playing basketball, he entered the world of real estate and quickly found his passion.

Trevor currently lives in Birmingham, AL and will be available to both the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa Markets.

In his free time, Trevor enjoys watching sports, having a glass of wine with his wife, and playing with his daughter.

Lucy graduated high school from George Walton Academy in Monroe, Ga, where she developed her passion for sales and leadership. Following graduation, Lucy attended The University of Alabama where she received her degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in marketing and sales. 

Currently, Lucy is an agent in the Birmingham market for WalHen properties, working out of the Keller Williams Hoover office. 

Outside of the real estate world, Lucy enjoys traveling, college football, country music concerts, playing golf, hanging out with her dog (Willie Nelson Walker), and spending quality time with family and friends. Roll Tide! 

Originally from Monroe, GA, Gabe moved to Tuscaloosa to attend the University of Alabama. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Commerce paired with a minor in Real Estate, Gabe decided to pursue his passion for the business.

Gabe's love for real estate started in his home town watching his mother grow her real estate business to great heights. Gabe became hooked with the process of aiding someone through one of the most important purchases of their lives by providing the comfort and knowledge necessary to make his clients happy.

When Gabe isn't busy taking care of his clients, he enjoys spending time with his white lab (Mac), hunting and fishing with friends and family, and watching the Tide Roll!
